Located in the centre of Lausanne, the Consultation Libellule is a multidisciplinary practice specialising in the diagnosis and therapeutic management of neurodiverse children/adolescents, in particular those with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Our mission is to support families in the challenges they face on a daily basis and in building their children's future.

Our focus is on the patient's well-being, social integration, independence and education/training. Supporting parents, tailoring care to the needs of patients and their families, and working with schools, training centres and other stakeholders are central aspects of our work.

Child Psychiatrist 80% à 100%

Come and join our multidisciplinary team

Your Mission :

  • Conduct in-depth clinical assessments on our young patients and conduct interviews with their parents or guardians
  • Work closely with psychologists for clinical assessments
  • Manage medical prescriptions and monitor compliance in close collaboration with nurses
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and work with the various support network
  • Develop personalized treatment plans
  • You are responsible for providing individual or group therapy to children and adolescents
  • supervise and train the assistant doctors (interns) responsible for patient care

Your Profile:

  • You hold a medical degree recognised in Switzerland (MEBEKO) and a specialist title (FMH or equivalent) in child psychiatry
  • You are proficient in French (minimum C1 level)
  • Good knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders
  • You demonstrate autonomy, dynamism and a sense of initiative and you have the ability to adapt to new situations
  • Your values are centred on respect for patients and colleagues
  • You hold a valid Swiss work permit / you are Swiss

Occupational Therapist Manager 60% to 100%

We are now recuiting for a new OT Manager

Your mission :

  • Plan, implement and evaluate therapeutic interventions
  • Work in close partnership with a multidisciplinary team and develop an appropriate management plan
  • Assess patients' needs for prevention and rehabilitation
  • Intervene with young patients to promote home care and help them develop their skills
  • Adapt equipment and aids to the situation in the patients' homes
  • Mentor and supervise the team of occupational therapists, and assist them in adapting the appropriate posture in the management of patients
  • Participate and actively contribute to the regular management meetings

Your profil :

  • Occupational therapist diploma in Switzerland or with Red Cross recognition - mandatory
  • Team management experience a plus
  • Paediatric experience desired
  • Fluency in French (minimum C1 level)
  • Demonstrate autonomy, dynamism and a sense of initiative
  • Your values are centred on respect for patients and employees
